Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay?

  • An invoice will be emailed to you the day of the shoot. This can be paid with a credit or debit card. Payment must be paid in order to receive photos.


When should I expect photos back?

  • Industry standard is 24 hours, however we aim for the next morning. You should expect photos by 10am the next morning.


What should I expect from the photos?

  • We maintain the highest standards in our work. You should expect nothing less than true tone colors and clear windows. We go the extra mile and guarantee all exterior photos will have blue skies.

If I need additional edits, could you do that?

  • Yes! If there is ever something unsatisfactory in your photos - painters tape, touch-up paint, unsavory sight out the window, we would be happy to accompany your request. There may be an additional fee associated with some edits.

Does weather affect the photos? What if

it's raining or overcast?

  • Fear not! We guarantee blue skies regardless of weather. The exterior will be bright and warm.

What if I need to reschedule?

  • We understand, things come up! We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs as best we can however if the property needs to be rescheduled within 24 hours of the original date, there will be a $50 charge.


How long is a typical photo appointment?

  • We strive to offer a complete service while not wasting your or your seller's valuable time. You should expect us to be at your property for 30-45 minutes. Larger properties may require longer appointment times.


What can I do with this media? Who owns the rights?

  • We own the rights to all the media produced however you have full permissions to use the media for marketing purposes. Our media can be shared on the RMLS, Web Hosting Services, and even social media. We ask that you not share or sell the media to the new listing agent if the listing expires.
